What We Do

SAPANA LLC operates HAPI-JOB, a licensed fee-charging employment placement service that connects foreign residents working and living in Japan with companies seeking staff. We take into account each person’s preferred occupation and location, status of residence, and Japanese language skills to help both job seekers and employers find a match they feel confident about.

We introduce jobs across a wide range of fields, including nursing care, manufacturing, construction, food manufacturing, accommodation, and food service, as well as customer service, kitchen assistance, and restaurant operations roles. Working with our partner recruitment companies and registered support organizations, we provide attentive support from introducing job opportunities through interviews to starting work.

Our support also extends to everyday life after employment, including help finding housing, introductions to specialists in residence procedures, and Japanese language learning. By helping people build a secure foundation for living and working in Japan over the long term, we strengthen relationships among individuals, businesses, and local communities.
