From application to starting work
Contact HAPI-JOB
First, contact HAPI-JOB on LINE. You can contact us even if you only want to discuss finding a job.
Create a LINE group with our staff
We create a LINE group for you and HAPI-JOB staff. We will normally send future information through this group.
Send the required documents by LINE
Send your resume, residence card, Japanese-language certificate, and other required documents through LINE. Specified Skilled Worker applicants should also send their exam pass certificate.
Interview by LINE call
You will speak with HAPI-JOB staff by LINE call. We will confirm the type of work, location, salary, Japanese level, experience, and other conditions you want.
Review job information and choose a job
We will show you job information that matches your preferences. If you are interested in a job, we will introduce the partner recruiting agency or registered support organization handling it.
From partner interview to employer interview
① Interview with the partner company → ② Submit your application → ③ Interview with the hiring company. Your first interview with HAPI-JOB, the partner-company interview, and the hiring-company interview are separate.
Job offer, required procedures, and starting work
If you pass the interview, you will receive a job offer. Follow the instructions, complete the required procedures, and start work.
